Shipping Policy
Upon receipt of payment for your order, we do our utmost to craft and ship the candles you've fallen in love with as quickly as possible. We understand your eagerness to receive them, and we are always on the ball!

Processing Time:
As a general guideline, we ship your package within 3 to 4 business days following your order. However, please note that we rely on BPost and customs clearance where applicable. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
In summary, delivery times should not exceed 10 days from the day after your order is received and paid (Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM).

Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your order, we are here to assist you!

Return Window:
Please email us at info@trio-essence.com within 14 days of your purchase. You can then return your product (shipping costs at your expense) in exchange for a replacement product, or a refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and packed with great care.

Return Policy:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is reflected in your account. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@trio-essence.com.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, items on sale or purchased during a promotion are not refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please email us at info@trio-essence.com and send your product to:

Shipping costs related to returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
